One of my favorite Japanese sushi is Spicy Tuna Roll. It is very hard to find sushi grade tuna in supermarkets. But, if you go to Japanese or Korean supermarkets, you will find them there. This instructional video is excellent for those of you who want to know how to make spicy tuna roll.

Baked Garlic
Baked Garlic is wonderful for an Italian feast or for any feast, for that matter. Baking garlic brings out its sweeter, nuttier flavors. These are great speard on toasted French bread or on Toasted Garlic Bread with butter. The paste is great for salad dressings, and sauces, especially home made ones. Press out these baked cloves in a dish with olive oil with Italian spices and you have a great bread dip! These are also great with stilton cheese. Yumm!!

Korean Spicy Seafood Ramen
This hot and spicy ramen noodle is one of my favorites, especially on a cold, foggy day in San Francisco. The recipe here is a milder version of the traditional version I had posted earlier. If you are watching your sodium intake, I would suggest this recipe so you can also enjoy this noodle soup. Here it is!
